An industry leading multi-disciplinary construction and property consultancy located in Bristol are currently seeking an Associate Director - Building Surveyor to support their consultancy team.

The successful Associate Director - Building Surveyor will be working closely with the Regional Director of Building Surveying to develop and improve upon the services offered.

As the successful Associate Director - Building Surveyor, you will have experience working on the full range of building surveying instructions including; building pathology, design and specification writing and schedules of dilapidations.

The Role of The Successful Associate Director - Building Surveyor will include;

• Mentoring and developing less experienced colleagues
• Design & specification writing
• Project management
• Key client account management
• Generating new business through either returning clients or through new client generation

The Successful Associate Director - Building Surveyor will have;

• MRICS with 3 or more years post qualification experience
• Proven history of managing and developing a team
• Demonstrable ability of liaising with clients and generating new business
• Excellent communication skills

In Return, The Successful Associate Director - Building Surveyor will receive;

• £60,000 - £75,000
• 25 days annual leave
• Car or travel allowance
