Top 50 Construction & Property Consultancy - Commercial, Education, Health, Leisure, Residential, and Retail - Assistant Quantity Surveyor
A Top 50 Construction & Property Consultancy with offices across the UK, are seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor - 2-3 Years - to work on both Public and Private sector projects across the Midlands and South Yorkshire.
Role: Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Location: Leicester
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 - Pension, Paid RICS Subscriptions
Duties: The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will report to the Senior Quantity Surveyor and will also concurrently look to complete their APC Diary.
Duties will include -
- Feasibility Cost Plans
- Reviewing, Analysing and Advising on Tenders
- Variations
- Run Client Progress Meetings
- On-Site Valuations
- Checking invoices and Issuing Payment
Requirements: The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will have started their APC, with 2-3 years in a PQS / Consultancy environment on 'Build' projects. A knowledge of JCT and NEC is also required.
