Our client, an international construction consultancy featured in Building Magazine’s Good Employer Guide, is seeking to appoint a Partner to lead the London Building Surveying team. This established team offers a range of building surveying activities to both the public and private sector and requires an energetic, enthusiastic and ambitious individual.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Team leadership
• Resource management
• Mentoring and Management
• Business Development
• Account Management
• Profit and Loss ownership and accountability

Background:

Suitable candidates will have a varied background in Building Surveying along with a relevant chartership (ideally MRICS), and a proven track record in team management and business development. The role is Partner level and therefore would afford the incoming individual an opportunity to acquire shares.
