Building Surveyor

Intermediate Building Surveyor / Building Surveyor required:

An independent property and construction consultancy are seeking a project focused Building Surveyor to join their expanding West Essex team.

The successful Building Surveyor will work closely with the Building Surveying Partner, received full APC support and CPD exposure whilst carrying out a project biased, client-facing Building Surveying role.

The successful Building Surveyor will be joining a Top20 consultancy, be based in a modern West Essex office and will work across sectors including leisure, mixed-use and local authority projects.

  • 2+ years private practice/consultancy building surveying experience
  • Enrolled on the APC pathway
  • Self-motivated and organised
  • Confident working using your own initiative and as part of a team
  • Client-facing
