Chartered Building Surveyor

THE ROLE

I am seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor with broad based experience to join my client, a firm of chartered building surveyors in Northampton with a need for UK travel.

My client mainly works on commercial offices for refurbishment for large companies that operate across the U.K.

This role offers great prospects to help expand this office and the client base so they are seeking an ambitious person who seeks responsibility with a good technical background and excellent client facing skills.

THE COMPANY

Our client is a a firm of chartered building surveyors with two U.K. offices.

They work mainly with large companies on office refurbishments across the U.K.

THE CANDIDATE

You will be a Degree or Diploma qualified Building Surveyor who is MRICS qualified.

You will need to have around three years post qualification experience of building surveying.

You will need broad based experience as you will be involved in all aspects of building surveying work and good technical competence is essential.

Experience of dilapidations, design, specification writing, contract administration, project management is required.

You will be a high calibre building surveyor able to deal directly with clients.

You will be keen to get involved in business development and want to join a firm offering good prospects to move up.

Good communication skills are essential along with good written and spoken English.

Salary is highly negotiable plus generous mileage allowance, pension, RICS fees and discretionary bonus.
