Chartered Rural Surveyor

Joshua Robert are working with a leading regional firm of Chartered Surveyors with over 5 offices across the East Midlands who are recruiting for a Chartered Rural Surveyor for the businesses Warwickshire office.

The firm, who are ranked as one of the leading property and land management specialists in the Midlands are growing rapidly, due to a diverse client portfolio and an autonomous working culture where results are rewarded and progression is available for the right individual.

Due to growth,the business are now recruiting for a Chartered Rural Surveyor with experience acting on behalf of a range of private and institutional clients, on a variety of professional matters including:

• Giving professional and technical advice to farms and estates
• Valuing property and other assets
• Advising on legal issues
• Developing the land to maximise profits
• Landlord and tenant
• Sales and purchases
• Valuation Planning and development
• Compulsory purchase Compensation

To be successful in this role you will be a Chartered Rural Surveyor carrying out similar or comparable duties to those mentioned above and be based within the Warwickshire region.
