Job Details
This is an excellent oppostunity to join a leading London residential developer in their land team.
You will report to the Group Land Director and be responsible for new site acquisition in London and Greater London.
As Senior Land Manager you will run appraisals and have very strong report writing skills. You will have significant exposure to senior internal and external stakeholders.
You will be responsible for a team and drive the land acquisition process.
You will have consultancy or developer experience in a senior land role with experience of London residential development. You will have excellent communication and presentation skills.
This is a great opportunity to progress your career to a more senior position.
