A fantastic career opportunity has arisen for a commercial property manager to join a partnership based practice in the heart of London in the West End. You will be joining a small but successful team where there is room to progress and grow within the role and company.
Our client, a dynamic partnership is very well-respected within the market and they work with a variety of top-tier clients in London and the South-East.
Some of your main responsibilities will include managing mixed-use portfolios, managing service charge budgets, providing professional advice to clients, and liaising with tenants and landlords. The portfolio mix on the commercial side is offices, retail, and light industrial, as well as a handful of high-end residential properties.
