Assistant Building Surveyor

An expanding private practice based in Twickenham are seeking a client-facing Assistant Building Surveyor with 12+ months industry experience to join their close-knit team.

The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will be given exposure to the full-spectrum of traditional building surveying competencies, receive structured APC support and the opportunity to work alongside a friendly, experienced team.

As the successful Assistant Building Surveyor, you will have a focus on the Central London residential property market and carry out all the necessary competencies to achieve MRICS chartership.

The Role Of The Successful Assistant Building Surveyor

Will include;

  • Party wall awards
  • Writing specifications
  • Tendering and running projects
  • Contract administration
  • Defect diagnosis

The Successful Assistant Building Surveyor

Will have;

  • 12+ months private practice/consultancy experience
  • Have started recording APC Diary
  • MSc/BSc in Building Surveying
  • A client facing demeanour with the hunger and ambition to achieve MRICS chartership

In Return, The Successful Assistant Building Surveyor
