Project Manager Role

A local authority based in the North East require a Project Manager.

The Role

  • Must be from a construction and operational background
  • Previous experience working on projects with a minimum budget of £4 to £5 Million
  • Involvement in multiple projects and previous Project Manager experience
  • Successful candidate would have experience managing teams and also be confident being the lead on a high value project
  • Must be able to work with external consultants, in house contractors, landlords, developers, local authority officers and suppliers

Essential Qualifications

  • NWQ Level 4 in Construction (Minimum)
  • 5-day SMSTS
  • Construction Skills Qualification Scheme (CSCS)
  • SCCS

Desirable

  • Hold either Chartered status or be part of a recognised body
  • NEBOSH Qualification
