Senior Quantity Surveyor - Chancery Lane
£65,000-£70,000

I am exclusively working with a Cost Consultancy based in Chancery Lane. They are looking to hire a Senior Quantity Surveyor ASAP. This consultancy mainly work within the Residential/Commercial/Education/Leisure and Student accommodation sectors. They have recently opened an office in New York due to the amount of work given to them by one of their very well-known retail clients.

• You would have the ability to work up to a salary partner position.
• You would have the choice to work in New York or London.
• Project Values range from £5m-£100m with the average value around £20-£25m.
• All employees are taken to PropSki in January - with expenses paid for.
• Previous placements at this consultancy have told us there is much less of a 'corporate feel' here and they receive 'lots of support and enjoy the team feel'.
• Some of their Clients include; Legal+General, Crown estate and Lloyds bank.
• You would be expected to have full ownership over several projects, with the availability to overlap sectors.

* Whilst this role is ideally aimed at the retail environment, individuals with experience in other sectors will not be ruled out as my client also works within other sectors as mentioned above.
