Estates Surveyor

Estates Surveyor (psec) in the South Yorkshire area. Freelance role on a 9 month contract £25-£35 per hour.


Your new company
A public sector organisation based in South Yorkshire looking for an Estates Surveyor, due to increased activity and expansion within the team.

Your new role
You will be responsible for providing an efficient, professional and cost effective service. Have good negotiating skills dealing with the letting, leasing and purchasing of a wide range of property purposes. As well as have the ability to project manage, maintain great customer relations and establish targets in order to achieve successful outcomes. Your role will include landlord and tenant, service charges, .general estate management including boundary disputes, change of use, tenant liaison, covenant variations and waivers, repairs, assignments and sub lettings to enhance and maintain the property portfolio.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have a MRICS and have a minimum of 3 years professional experience in general practice surveying or estate management. Have an understanding of rent reviews, a strong commercial awareness and be able to produce valuations for a wide range of purposes.
