RESIDENTIAL VALUATION SURVEYOR

Hampshire, Surrey or Berkshire – working from home

Independent practice seeks Chartered Surveyor to undertake Residential Valuations and HomeBuyer Surveys (and/or Building Survey work  depending on skill-set and experience) based from home.

We undertake Residential Valuation and Survey work, predominantly for the general public and organisations with minimal instructions for lending purposes.

With a small friendly team who are forward-thinking with IT, systems and providing support for surveyors we hope to create a good work/life balance with flexibility for the right candidate on hours and working patterns.

We cover the whole of the South of England and the surveyor will be based from home and will cover a designated area from their locality so will need a clean driving licence to travel between appointments. A car allowance and mileage payment is granted.

This is a great opportunity for a keen, reliable and motivated surveyor providing an attractive salary and benefits package which is negotiable. You will need residential experience either from a valuation or building survey discipline and have strong performance with risk awareness whilst completing reports to clients who can be assured of a high standard. You will be AssocRICS / MRICS / FRICS qualified with residential experience and ideally a Registered Valuer.

The candidate will be able to work independently and should management or business growth be of interest then there is great potential to work closely with the managing director and follow this further. Equally should work/life balance be key priority then the role would be fitting for this too.

Full time or part time and consultancy appointments considered too.
