Chartered Surveyor & RICS Registered Valuer

Loveitts are seeking an experienced Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer to join our busy commercial team based in Coventry, and focusing on both residential but principally commercial valuation work (to encompass HMO’s) for a variety of banks and lending institutions, pension funds, solicitors, companies and private individuals.

The individual we are seeking will be ambitious, highly motivated and driven to further develop what is a successful department within a long-established, multi-disciplined firm of Chartered Surveyors (also involved in residential sales and lettings, land and new homes, property management and auctions).

The role offers genuine prospects for career progression within a highly regarded long established three office practice
