My client based in Farringdon is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to deliver projects with values ranging from £5m - £25m and to assist on larger projects with the help of other surveyors.

My client specialises in the following sectors;

• Build to rent
• Residential
• Private rental
• Modular housing
• Education
• Elder Living

The ideal candidate would enjoy being immersed in a lively team, and appreciate the opportunity to have autonomy of their work. Residential experience is not essential but would be hugely preferred.

My client are a social company, who are forward thinking, dynamic, and ambitious in their approach, often winning interesting projects within London. They have had rapid growth in the last two years and are making movements in the industry.
