A progressive, multi-discipline consultancy located in Chester are currently seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their forward thinking and expanding building consultancy team.

The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will be working on a variety of instructions across the full remit of building surveying across a variety of sectors including; commercial, education, residential and many more.

As the successful Chartered Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for liaising with clients throughout the lifecycle of the instructions whilst ensuring that work is completed in an effective and efficient manner.

The Role of The Successful Chartered Building Surveyor will include;

• Expert witness
• Building pathology
• Schedules of dilapidations
• Mentoring and developing the building surveying team
• Party wall matters

The Successful Chartered Building Surveyor will have;

• MRICS
• Sound knowledge of building regulations
• Experience in managing and developing client relations
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

In Return, The Successful Chartered Building Surveyor will receive;

• £35,000 - £50,000
