We are proud to be working in partnership with one of our key clients on a ground-breaking project in London, an incredible super tower including hotel, living space, sky gardens and restaurants. All designed by a renowned architect who embrace green space, providing something different for the hotel guests and residents.

As Head of FM on this exciting project you will be in charge of running a trophy skyscraper managing every aspect of the building ensuring it maintains the 5* aesthetics and experience for those who visit.

The successful candidate will be a seasoned facilities manager with a technical bias that understands how a building of this magnitude is run to the highest of standards. You will be the face of the building ensuring that you can communicate with all parties from residents to owners to contractors to authorities.
