Our client is a well-regarded property consultancy offering a superb platform for a senior building surveyor, to work closely with a portfolio of large commercial clients within the private space.

About the client; 

Working from their West End Offices, the business operates with clients on a local, national and global scale, employing 170 strong across 8 offices. They provide project management and building consultancy services across commercial, warehouse, retail, logistics, offices, and mixed-use development.

The projects are heavily engineered and have a high complexity level of automation, as well as very tight build programs. They work with clients ranging from; occupiers, investors, developers, and owners. Delivering iconic projects valuing from a few hundred thousand through to refurbishment schemes that cover 2 million sq. ft.

About you;

The Managing Director is looking for senior building surveyor or Associate, who is technically competent, driven, and has the ability to think outside the box when facing challenges. This is an interesting position from a building surveying aspect as you will be provided with a clear and structured platform that should see you achieve Partner in two years.

You will play an instrumental part in helping develop the service offering, nurturing existing relationships and providing expert advice.

The position would suit somebody who is looking to be a part of a very fast paced environment, who enjoys project work and is looking to grow within a privately-owned business, where there are no limits to your progression and compensation.

You will be chartered with a minimum of 2+ yrs. PQE, with good commercial acumen as well as the tenacity and drive to see yourself leading a department in due course. You will be expected to mentor your peers completing their APC and have active involvement in managing new existing relationships.
