Chartered Building Surveyor

An opportunity has been created for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join a boutique and privately owned consultancy in London Blackfriars. The business works with an established portfolio of private clients, covering commercial, retail and high-end residential.

The Role;

The position would suit somebody who aspires to be a part of a proactive and very successful team that has a “one for all” culture, meaning no one is left on their own to get on with duties unless of course, this is something that they wish for.

You will work alongside the Directors and a talented team of surveyors, playing an instrumental part in helping nurture existing relationships, as well as developing the service offering.

The team’s knowledge across project and professional services is unrivaled and the position will see you deliver traditional building surveying, with an emphasis on commercial surveying services and a roundness in experience through professional and project work. Projects range from a few hundred thousand up to £2m.

About You;

You will come from a consultancy or practice, whether they are an independent or corporate entity. Experience of working in London and are used to working with private clients. Point of contacts or previous relationships would be beneficial though not essential.

What is essential is that you are chartered and are 0-3 years PQE. people with more experience will be considered but with the current team structure, the former would be preferred.
