A close knit, multi-disciplinary surveying practice with a superior client base are seeking an ambitious Project level or Senior Quantity Surveyor who is eager to learn what it takes to one day become a Director of a consultancy.

The Company

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a team of 10/11 Quantity Surveyors and will work closely alongside the Directors who have built up a reputation for delivering a traditional QS role on a myriad of high end retail projects for the likes of Harrods.

The practice has become busier than ever and with the Directors eager to nurture and grow a Quantity Surveyor into Director quality, this is a very exciting and unique opportunity.

The Senior Quantity Surveyors Opportunity

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor shall work closely alongside the Owners as they put a succession plan in place for the next 5 years. This shall place you in a strong position to achieve Directorship and eventually become an owner of the company.

On a day to day basis you shall be working on a myriad of projects for clients such as Harrods. This is also an opportunity to manage Assistant Quantity Surveyors and grow the business.
