Building Surveyor

A well-established chartered surveying practice based on the Surrey/South London border are seeking a client-facing Building Surveyor (3+ years) to join their close-knit team.

This well-respected practice work alongside an extremely diverse client-base including individual investors, housing associations and pension funds whilst operating across a variety of sectors.

Ideal for a Surrey/South London based Building Surveyor looking to avoid the 'daily commute' whilst still being given exposure to a diverse, traditional building surveying workload.

The Role Of The Successful Building Surveyor

  • Party wall matters
  • Dilapidations
  • Schedules of condition
  • Contract administration

The Successful Building Surveyor

  • 3+ years' experience in a private practice/consultancy role
  • MRICS or working towards
  • A positive, client-facing demeanour
  • Surrey/South London based
