Assistant Building Surveyor

An established property and construction consultancy with offices located throughout the South are seeking an Assistant Building Surveyor to join their expanding Guildford office.

The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will have a focus on properties in the education sector + commercial and residential exposure whilst carrying out a varied, traditional building surveying role.

This multi-disciplined consultancy has been established forl over 100 years and offer expert APC support and full CPD exposure.

The Role of the successful Assistant Building Surveyor?

  • Building surveys
  • Defect diagnosis
  • Planned preventative maintenance
  • Specification writing
  • Design work

The Successful Assistant Building Surveyor?

  • 2+ years private practice/consultancy experience as a graduate or Assistant Building Surveyor
  • Enrolled on the APC pathway
  • MSc/BSc in Building Surveying
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

  • £28,000 - £35,000 pa
