Senior Building Surveyor;

An award-winning multi-discipline practice is looking to grow their Building Surveying team in North London. This project focused firm undertakes new build and refurbishment programmes across the education and public sector residential sectors. You'll work on schemes which have been shortlisted for 'RICS Project of the Year 2019'.

The role will involve liaising with high profile external stakeholders whilst leading projects from inception to completion. Work is located within the North London and surround home counties area.

You'll be joining an organisation who prides itself on growth, my client heavily invests into their employees by offering career progression plans. Opportunities will be given to achieve Partner status through regular targets and reviews.

Successful Senior Building Surveyor;

• BSc/MSc Building Surveying
• MRICS/MCIOB
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Well presented
• Proactive
