The Role

My Client is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their Birmingham team. The projects would vary in both size and sector, mainly focusing on the hotel, commercial and retail sectors. You would have autonomy over £5m-£10m projects and also be able to be part of the bigger projects, up to circa £60m. You would be expected to attend client meetings, site visits and get involved in other day to day activities.

Salary £45k-£55k + Benefits

About You

The ideal individual would have at least 3 years relevant experience.
MRICS is preferred but not essential.
You would feel confident in your ability to handle smaller projects by yourself.
Ideally, you would have experience within residential/commercial/hotel sectors.
