Job Details
My client is a Registered Provider specialising within the affordable housing arena and currently looking for a Valuation Associate to join their London team. Residential Valuation experience is obviously required along with a minimum of 2 years PQE.
The successful individual must have excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to coherently articulate views on value and challenge ideas within the organisation.
Examples of Job Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and debating internal valuations.
- Assisting in the review of new bids on investment opportunities.
- Instructing and liaising with Valuers across the business with relation to the acquisition and delivery process.
- Liaising with internal acquisition, project delivery and operation teams to obtain critical data for Valuation process.
Significant post qualification experience in a residential valuation role is a prerequisite along with experience in new build residential valuation.
