Assistant Project Manager - Construction - Multiple Sectors

An national property and construction consultancy, who are well established in the industry are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join their team in Central Leicester.

The Role

The Assistant Project Manager role involves managing the successful implementation and delivery of projects to ensure that they are on time, to high quality and within the specified budget.

You will work with a Senior Project Manager and be responsible for the management and preparation of key stage reports from feasibility through to completion and post-handover.

The Assistant Project Manager

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will ideally have a minimum of 2 years Project Management Experience in a private practice and be aspiring to MRICS.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience of a variety of projects
  • Client facing and driven to succeed
  • Construction related degree and Construction Consultancy experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal

As the Assistant Project Manager, you will have desire and hunger to succeed and be eager to learn. You will be based in and around Leicester so full driving licence is essential.
