We are seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious team player with residential land disposal experience to join the Midlands Land Team. The role is primarily involved with managing the disposal of residential land via our Delivery Partner Panel or via the open market. The successful candidate will hold their own portfolio of sites to market with the full support of the wider team. RICS membership or currently undertaking APC preferable.

What will the successful candidate be doing:

The successful candidate will be a key player within our land disposals team, they will be disposing of Homes England assets for predominantly residential developments ranging in scale from 30 units up to 300 units.

What are we looking for:

Ideally the successful candidate will be RICS qualified or working towards qualification with residential transaction experience.
