Overall purpose of job

 Commercial property management with ancillary property advice

Main Duties, Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Good General Practice with L&T experience.
• Resolving landlord and tenant issues,  responsibility for sub-let arrears management
• Maintaining with administrative support data base changes, responding to client information requests,  portfolio budgeting
• Liaising where necessary with the property accounts team
• Working with other teams delivering for example rent review, dilapidations, agency services
• Building good day to day relationships with clients
• Assisting in identifying costs saving/ value add opportunities on managed properties
• Identifying fee opportunities
• Instructing solicitors where required
• Involvement in Project related work

Desired Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Problem solving - the ability to think laterally to resolve issues
• Good communication skills
• Able to work well as part of a team and with other teams
• Ambitious and keen to progress
• Good experience of  typical property management challenges,  sub-let estate management (including income collection) and working knowledge of other principal areas (L&T, building consultancy, agency) and how it interacts with overall portfolio management
• Good attention to detail and professional approach to delivering accurate outputs
