Job Details
Our clients are a multi-disciplinary practice of Surveyors, Project Managers and Architects who are looking to appoint a Chartered Quantity Surveyor as their new Head of the QS Department based out of their Lancashire office.
Current projects are predominantly within the Commercial and Industrial sectors with a wide variety of public and private sector clients.
They are ideally looking for an ambitious Chartered QS who would have the autonomy to build a team of Quantity Surveyors around them. The role would suit someone with excellent client facing skills who, with the support of the Partners, will develop the Quantity Surveying workload from the existing client base and also moving into new sectors. Candidate should be MRICS qualified with a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience in the PQS/Consultancy sector. This position offers genuine opportunity for progression to Associate/Partner level within an LLP Partnership.
