Job Details

Are you MRICS/MCIOB and looking for a client-side role? Do you have experience working on a range of small to medium scale projects?

A well-known multinational business have retained Beach Baker to recruit a Building Surveyor with project management experience to work within their in-house property team.

Your tasks will include the successful delivery of projects from inception to completion, contract administration, writing specifications of works, preparations of drawings, defect analysis and being responsible for the control of statutory compliance.

You will ideally be/have:

  • MRICS/MCIOB
  • Demonstrable projects experience (small-medium scale)
  • 2+ years post-qualification experience
  • IOSH/NEBOSH qualified
  • Client-facing and results driven, with excellent communication skills

In return, you will be given a competitive salary (between £40,000 - £50,000), excellent pension, bonus, life insurance and generous holiday package.
