A national, independent property and engineering consultancy are looking at developing their South West presence by appointing a Building Surveyor to join their ambitious and expanding Bristol office.

The successful Building Surveyor will be undertaking a wide variety of traditional building surveying instructions covering both project and professional services.

As the successful Building Surveyor, you will be liaising with clients through out the life cycle of projects and building strong professional relationships.

The Role of The Successful Building Surveyor will include;

• Contract administration
• Schedules of dilapidations
• Party wall matters
• Liaising with both existing and new clients

The Successful Building Surveyor will have;

• RICS accredited degree
• MRICS or working towards
• Experience of taking projects from inception through to completion
• Previously worked within multi-disciplinary teams
• Past experience working within a consultancy or private practice

In Return, The Successful Building Surveyor will receive;

• £30,000 - £45,000
• 25 days annual leave
