Carriera has been retained to secure a partner within the valuation surveying team for one of the most established practices in Cambridge.

About the client;

Our client offers unparalleled knowledge and access to the market they serve, providing a timely, pragmatic and high quality service offering.Their clients range from corporates, lenders, developers, end users and trusts and universities.

About the role;

You will be working alongside several other partners and senior surveyors who will support you with your professional development. The majority of your work will be within the commercial sector, conducting ‘Red Book’ valuations which will include, development appraisals, dispute resolution, S119 valuations for charities, business planning and disposal and acquisitions.

About you;

You will be a chartered valuation surveyor with RICS, with a solid and demonstrable track record. It is essential that you have experience conducting valuations, ideally with commercial knowledge. A good grasp of IT skills is also necessary, along with clear and concise report writing.

Compensation;

In return, you will receive an excellent base salary, a car allowance, pension, private healthcare, life assurance, CPD and a bonus.
