Location: Liverpool Street Area
Level: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Salary: £65-75k + Benefits
I am seeking an experienced, Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a city based QS/PM consultancy.
This innovative and forward thinking business have grown considerably over the past couple of years and really looking to build on this already exciting time with an ambitious Senior QS who is capable of acting as lead on large scale projects and working closely with challenging clients.
You will have the opportunity to get stuck into a mix of projects within the growing build to rent sectors including Residential, Student Accommodation and Extra Care giving you a varied base of experience to continue to grow within your career! Project sizes vary from £5m-£500m.
Working closely with a passionate Director and an ambitious, like-minded team of surveyors you will be in the best hands to move your career to the next level.
