Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

A global cost consultancy practice with an excellent reputation throughout the UK for training and career development, are seeking a mid-level Quantity Surveyor for their Croydon office.

The Intermediate Quantity Surveyors Role

Working within a small team who work on several interesting and challenging projects, the successful Intermediate Quantity Surveyor will predominantly carry out pre contract roles as well as assisting an Associate Director on the post contract duties.

After a short period of time, the practice will look to give you your own projects to run with supervision. An ideal platform for you to complete your APC diary and achieve MRICS status.

The Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

  • BSc or MSc in a construction related degree, RICS accredited
  • 15+ months Quantity Surveying experience
  • Able to commute to Croydon
  • Committed to achieving MRICS
  • Professional and hardworking character
