Building Manager

In this position you will be taking over the management of a medium sized commercial property that has been recently been modernised. The standard of service delivery to the property is exceptional. You will be managing various areas of the property operation from facilities services such as security, maintenance, cleaning etc to any refurbishments or projects that need undertaking. In this position you will also be managing the health and safety for the property ensuring that the tenants are safe and that services are carried out compliantly.
