Senior Cost Manager is sought by one of London’s next generation Consultancies. This opportunity will see you work with some of the most respected professionals in the industry, where you will help in advising some of the most innovative, highly financed developers in London.

You will work closely with the leaders and owners of the business, taking schemes from feasibility through procurement, tender and through construction stages to practical completion. There are two requirements both if different teams, each of which has a slightly different client portfolio. These clients are all focused around the residential sectors, whether that be affordable, care, education, private or rental. 

The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record working as a quantity or cost manager, within a client focused role and be balanced in pre & post contract duties. They will have a construction related degree and ideally be chartered. 

In return you will be given full support to deliver an exacting service, whether that be professional or administrative support, to your and the business’s clients.
