An expanding, well respected building consultancy located in Manchester are currently seeking an Associate Building Surveyor to join their ambitious, client-facing consultancy.

The successful Associate Building Surveyor will be undertaking a wide variety of traditional building surveying instructions including; dilapidations, technical due diligence and contract administration

As the successful Associate Building Surveyor, you will responsible for mentoring and developing junior building surveyors along the RICS building surveying APC pathway.

The Role of The Successful Associate Building Surveyor will include;

  • Contract administration
  • Schedules of condition
  • Party wall matters
  • Liaising with clients and developing strong professional relationships

The Successful Associate Building Surveyor will have;

  • MRICS preferred
  • RICS accredited degree
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A passion to develop and maintain a network of clients

In Return, The Successful Associate Building Surveyor will receive;

  • £45,000 - £60,000
