Freelance Building Surveyor
Daily Rate: £240-£340 (experience dependant)Contract Length: 6 months Location: Covering a patch of properties between Oxford and CambridgeshireA housing association, who cover a patch of properties between Oxford and Cambridgeshire are looking to recruit for a Freelance Building Surveyor. The work will be on an ad hoc basis for an initial 6-month contract.A number of new-build properties (predominantly social housing) are coming to an end of their defects period. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out defect analysis and schedules of condition surveys on these properties and discussing repairs.
It is essential that the Building Surveyor has previous experience carrying out these surveys (ideally in the residential sector) and is available to commence work at short notice.
