Development Manager

One of the UK's leading gym operators is looking for a Development Manager to join their expanding London team. You will be fully accountable for the successful end-to-end delivery of all allocated property development projects, covering both new and existing sites, achieving this through directing and working with a local scrum team, partnering with the wider Development teams, and all external stakeholders. In addition, you will contribute to the Development team to develop a culture of best practice and continuous improvement. You will ideally have experience of delivering multi-site property developments consistently and at scale; be highly numerate, with experience of managing capex budgets of more than £1m per site; and have experience working in or with large scale organisations in customer facing industries such as leisure, hospitality, retail or retail banking.
