Intermediate Building Surveyor - Ref: #5790
An independent and highly experienced consultancy located in Manchester are seeking an Intermediate Building Surveyor to join their highly experienced expanding team.
The successful Intermediate Building Surveyor will be undertaking a majority of project based work within the commercial sector.
As the successful Intermediate Building Surveyor, you will be regularly liaising with clients and building meaningful professional relationships with clients.
The Role of The Successful Intermediate Building Surveyor will include;
- 70:30 project/professional split
- Working with a wide range of prestigious institutions and clients
- Liaising with new and existing clients and building meaningful professional relationships
The Successful Intermediate Building Surveyor will have;
- RICS accredited degree
- Ideally MRICS or close to sitting the APC
- Excellent work ethic, able to work as part of a team and off own initiative
- Experience within a commercial consultancy
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
In Return, The Successful Intermediate Building Surveyor will receive;
- £32,000 - £48,000
