Asset Improvement - The asset management strategy is primary centred around improving the provision of student housing. This is a strategy asset management and thus it is essential that candidates have a proven track record in asset management.
The following list depicts the asset managemen strategy this role will oversee. Prior experience is all of these areas is essential:
- Refurbishment.
- Deffered Maintaince.
- Adding Area.
- Change of Use.
- Re-Leasing.
- Planning Consents.
- Improving Energy Efficiency.
Cashflow Enhancements - It is essential that candidates are not only experience in the following areas but can implement strategies in a dynamic and ever evolving environment. Currently the asset management team oversees over 4,000 units under management in the German portfolio for several institutional and private clients.
- Rent Reviews.
- Cost Optimisation.
- Lease Length.
- New Revenue Growth.
- Tenant Retention.
Desired Attributes
- Fluent German, both spoken and written.
- Strong negation skills.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Programmes.
- Excellent numerical skills.
