Associate Director - Commercial Valuations Surveyor
South East London
£45,000 - £55,000 + car allowance + benefits
A independently owned and operated South East focused firm are looking to grow their team of commercial valuers. This consultancies experienced team of RICS Registered Valuers represent a range of developers, local authorities, banks, institutions, investors, solicitors and private individuals. They are looking for a newly qualified chartered surveyor through to 10 years post qualified experience. This role offers flexible working locations in 5 different offices and networking and business trips encouraged.
You will also be involved with:
- Undertaking loan security work
- Trading valuations
- Business development
- Advising clients on value add strategies
Requirements
- RICS Registered Valuer
- Experience in Red Book bank valuations in the south east
- Driving license
- Good working knowledge of principal valuation software packages, including Argus Enterprise, Argus Developer and Capitalization, and KEL
