Chartered Building Surveyor;

We require a talented surveyor who has been exposed to all disciplines of building surveying within the commercial sector. A confidential well presented professional, who has strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. You'll be proactive and self-motivated as the role demands an entrepreneurial attitude.

Practice;

Arguably the UK's leading property consultants, they're an established firm and have decided to expand their building surveying division. Predominately the department is based in the West End however this position is located at the firms London City office working alongside an experienced surveyor. The work is commercially lead schemes for investors, developers, private clients and financial organisations.

Technical responsibilities;

Successful surveyor;

• BSc/MSc Building Surveying
• MRICS 0 - 3 years PQE
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Client facing demeanour
• Negotiation skills
