Job Details

Our client is a Real Estate and Facilities Consultancy with a portfolio of investment clients across the UK and globally. We are seeking a financially biased Assistant Facilities Manager to be based at a multi tenanted, commercial building in the City.

Reporting to the Property Manager, you will take responsibility for the day to day management of all FM services on site whilst acting a first point of contact to all tenants. You will also ensure that H&S compliance is adhered to and act as the appointed Health, Safety and Environment coordinator. Other responsibilities include assisting with project management of building improvements and assisting the PM with procurement projects. Most importantly we are seeking a candidate with previous experience in a client facing role and a proven background in service charge budget management.

The successful candidate will have experience of working within a multi tenanted building environment. Ideally you will hold an IOSH and be a member of IWFM. You must be a customer service focused individual with experience of working with corporate clients.
