Job Details
Experienced Property Development Manager required to take responsibility for a series of residential, commercial and site assembly projects around the North West region. Applicants to this role will have a background in site appraisals, creating development briefs, managing professional teams (both within the business and external partners), monitoring projects, managing contractors & PM's for onsite works. Salary circa £50 - £55,000 plus benefits, (dependent upon experience).
