Project Manager/Senior Project Manager

Our client is a Global Cost and Construction Consultancy with offices across all the major cities throughout the UK.

Due to an increase in their current work load within the Real Estate sector they are looking for either a Project Manager or a Senior Project Manager to join their current team based in Sheffield. They are currently working on projects across education, healthcare, commercial and residential.

Roles/Responsibilities:

• Management of projects both pre and post contract.
• Provide support on major project management commissions.
• Preparation of contracts for commissions.
• To ensure that the client objectives are met and that projects are delivered on time and to target.

Skills/Experience Required:

• Ideally Degree qualified in a Construction related discipline.
• Have gained some experience within Construction Project Management.
• A good understanding of the full project life cycle.
• Ideally experience gained working as a PM for another Consultancy or client side organisation
