Block/Property Manager - Home based - Doncaster 1 day per week

A block manager/property manager to lead a department of c.3,000 tenancies and a team of 3 (with accounts support). Most of the properties are in Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire. The company do have some properties further afield and are in the process of acquiring another business which will give them more of a UK wide portfolio.

Experience of managing for RMC's is critical and some business development experience would also be useful.

The suitable candidate should be willing to travel throughout the UK to fulfil the role and could work from home 2/3 days a week if this helped; with at least one day a week in the Doncaster head office.

A good knowledge of legislation, service charges, ground rents, repairs etc is critical.

Property qualifications AIRPM, MARLA or MRICS or similar would be very much preferred.

This is an associate level role but could lead to directorship very quickly for the right candidate.
