Building Surveyor

Your new company
A small forward-thinking multidisciplinary Property Consultancy based in Central London, who believe that providing a high quality personalised service and professional staff to their customers is critical to the efficient operation of the business. Their business built around the core areas of Building Surveying, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Project Monitoring and Contract Administration.

Your new role
You will work under the guidance of the Directors and Associates and undertake a variety of Building Surveying duties although primarily professional work. This includes Party wall issues, dilapidations, building surveys, contract administration, preparation of specifications, commercial refurbishment projects etc. Although the majority of the work will be with commercial properties, you will work within a variety of different sectors including Transport and Personal Injury, and providing suitable accommodation.

What you'll need to succeed
You will possess proven experience with Professional Services, in particular Party Walls and Dilapidations. You will ideally be newly qualified or currently undergoing your APC. You must also have a professional and friendly manner- key to engaging with different clients alongside being a strong team player.
