Your new role
You will join the company as an Associate Director, helping carry out a range of Building Surveying services, including Project Management, to a variety of commercial properties. More specifically, you will be dealing with Contract Administration and CDM alongside Dilapidations, Party Wall, Building Pathology etc.

What you'll need to succeed
Essential- MRICS

You will have worked most recently, or within the past five years, in a consultancy environment and have a good broad experience within Building Surveying. You will possess strong interpersonal skills, be extremely driven and be a team player who is interested in helping grow the company and continuing their quality service.
