An opportunity to join a North West practice of chartered surveyors has arisen in the land and development team. This company are a firm of chartered surveyors who conduct a range of services for private and public sector clients.

This position is within the Land & Development team and they are looking for someone who is a driven individual who can conduct land acquisitions and disposals, provide planning advice and help with management of development schemes.

This is a great position for a person who wants to join a growing practice and who is looking for an AD/Director position with a view to progress to partner.

On a day to day basis your work schedule could range from providing development advice to a high net worth individual or local authorities to acquiring or disposing a site for a housebuilder. Experience of conducting viability studies, site appraisals and acquisitions and disposals is preferable for this position. A background from a house builder, chartered surveying practice or in land management/buying would stand prospective applicants in a strong position for this role!
